This multipart plastic kit constructs a Commissar, an enforcer of discipline from the Officio Prefectus. Adorned in a foreboding longcoat and the iconic high-peaked cap symbolizing their role, this miniature is armed with a bolt pistol to administer the Emperor's justice, be it to friend or foe. Additionally, the kit allows for the inclusion of either a menacing chainsword or a single-edged power sword, both equipped with a wrist-mounted power pack. To elevate this grim overseer above the common soldiers, a scenic rubble base is provided.
